Terms
Short version: this website describes an app that is still being built. Plans, features and prices may change before launch. Nothing here is medical advice: Fit Mario is not a medical device, so talk to a doctor before changing your diet or taking supplements. The app will have its own terms before it launches.
About this website
This website is run by OneMario to introduce Fit Mario and run a waitlist. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Not medical advice
Fit Mario provides general information about nutrition, fitness and food costs. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Examples on this site, such as protein targets, sample meal plans and lab values, are illustrations, not recommendations for you.
Always talk to a qualified doctor before changing your diet, starting an exercise programme or taking supplements, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have diabetes, kidney, liver or heart disease or another condition, or take regular medication. If you think you have a medical emergency, contact emergency services straight away.
Plans, prices and the waitlist
- Features, platforms, launch dates and prices described here are current plans and may change.
- Joining the waitlist doesn't guarantee access, a launch date or a particular price.
- Food prices shown are 2026 retail snapshots from Indian stores and suppliers. Real prices vary by city, store and season.
- Screens shown on this site are designs of the app in development and may differ from the released app.
Coaches
Coach accounts, payouts and referral income described on this site are planned features. Detailed coach terms, including fees and payout timing, will be agreed before any coach account opens.
Trademarks and open source
The Fit Mario name, the M-bell logo and the look of this site belong to OneMario. You may not use them without permission. When Fit Mario's code is published under an open-source licence, that licence will apply to the code; it does not cover the name or logo.
The athlete photograph is used under the Pexels licence.
Liability
We try to keep this site accurate, but it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, OneMario is not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.
